By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at our properties, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope & Applicability

These terms apply to all bookings, reservations, and stays at The Centurion Hotel and Centurion Bliss Inn (Shivaji Nagar, Pune). By booking a room with us, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Booking & Reservation Policy

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card, debit card, or advance payment.
• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission or booking requests without assigning any reason.

3. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

• Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM (noon).
• Standard Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM (noon).
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability and may attract additional charges.
• Government guidelines require all guests to present valid photo identification at check-in. Permissible documents include Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID. PAN Cards are not accepted as proof of identity. Non-Indian nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa/e-Visa.

4. Pricing & Payment Details

• All room rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST/taxes.
• The room tariff does not include additional charges such as meals (unless specified as part of a package), telephone calls, laundry, room service, or bar services.
• Full payment for the room and taxes is required either at the time of booking or upon check-in, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Guest Conduct & Damage Policy

• Guests are expected to behave in an orderly and respectable manner. Any behavior that causes disturbance to other guests or staff may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Guests will be held liable for any loss or damage caused to hotel property, fixtures, or amenities by themselves or their invitees. The hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of repair or replacement to the guest's account.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and common indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available. A penalty fee will be charged for violations.

6. Safe Deposit & Personal Belongings

Safe deposit lockers are provided in room/reception. Guests are strongly advised to keep their valuables secure. The hotel management assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage to guest property or valuables stored in the rooms or public spaces.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the hotel and its parent company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or stay at the hotel.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
